Every year, all departments of St. Clair West Services for Seniors prepare a service plan to identify goals and outcomes, which we believe will strengthen and enhance our programs and services in the community. We have developed four new AIMs for 2013/14 (and retained one AIM) to reflect the current priorities of our LHINs (Toronto Central and Central) as well as other funders like United Way Toronto.
When preparing service plans for our strategic plan goals, client satisfaction survey results, focus group results, stakeholder feedback results, reportable incident results, accreditation pursuit and other factors are also considered and inform the development of our service plans.

2. Harness best practice in non-profit risk management principles and strategies to create and sustain a safe environment . (New)
