Eglinton Hill Centre has an ever-expanding range of programs and activities (suited to various levels and abilities) including exercise, dance, crafts and computers, among others.
We also offer health and wellness programs through workshops, clinics and forums to promote good nutrition, physical, social and mental well-being as well as the health of the community.
And there's more! Our drop-in program allows Eglinton Hill Centre members to connect over a cup of coffee, games, conversation and friendship.
We feature special events and outings, as well as multicultural and intergenerational activities - something for everyone.
The following are some of the programs and classes currently offered at Eglinton Hill Centre:

Computer Class: Learn valuable computer skills from our instructor. Please pre-register.

Computer Drop-in: Access to our Computer Lab. No instruction provided.

Computer Lab: Computer access with help available from our computer savvy volunteers.

English Class: Beginner structured class with emphasis on grammar and pronunciation.

Fitness Fun: Exercises are designed for a total body workout: balance, flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular health, and strength.

Jewellery and Craft Club: An open space to explore and practice a wide range of creative programs. Instructed in English.

Line Dancing: A fun and social form of exercise. Easy to follow steps accompanied by a variety of upbeat music.

'O Cantinho Português': A variety of social and recreational activities. Instructed in Portuguese.

Photography Club: Join fellow photography lovers to practice and explore the art of digital photography, no experience required. Cameras are provided for club use.

Saturday Spanish Social & Recreational Program: Painting, physical and cognitive exercises, Community Kitchen and other leisure activities. Intended for Spanish-speaking people.

Sewing/ Craft Club: Beginner and Advanced level. Beginner level is a mentored class to learn sewing skills. Advanced level is an instructed class to expand your creative skills.

Tai Chi: A traditional Asian form of meditation, stretching, mindfulness and holistic exercises.
